Ahead of this year's Extractables & Leachables Asia, we spoke with Dr Candice Bellis, Senior project manager, at Smithers,​ learn more about what she shared with us below!







Q1 Hi Candice,it’s great to have you join us in Shanghai this year! Can you give us a bit taste of what you will sharing at E&L Asia 2024?

I’m really looking forward to heading to Shanghai to present at E&L Asia. I will be speaking about my experience as a project manager helping to design studies in collaboration with clients, what considerations should be given to the design of the project and how this aligns to the regulatory requirements.

Q2 What are some of the most interesting and/or innovative solutions that are impacting your work currently?

We are constantly challenged by our clients to perform testing on new products that may be released to the market, it’s fascinating to be a part of the innovative solutions that could end up helping patients all over the world.

Q3 What are you most looking forward to at the conference?

I’m looking forward to hearing from all of my fellow speakers at the conference and meeting some new and old faces.
